  • ☽ Maternity sessions require a $100 retainer to secure your session. This is non-refundable and is deducted from your chosen collection.

    ☽ Please note, if requesting a session to be held outside the 50km radius, a charge of $1.50/km will apply.

    ☽ Maternity studio sessions are held on weekdays only between 9am and 4pm.

    ☽ Public Holiday Maternity sessions are available by request only and incur a $100 surcharge..

  • ☽ Newborn sessions require a $100 retainer to secure your session. This is non-refundable and is deducted from your chosen collection.

    ☽ Newborn studio sessions are held on weekday mornings only.

    ☽ Please be aware that a $100 surcharge will be applied for sessions held in the studio on weekends.

  • ☽ Cake Smash sessions require a $100 retainer to secure your session. This is non-refundable and is deducted from your chosen collection.

    ☽ Cake Smash studio sessions are held on weekdays only between 9am and 4pm.

    ☽ Please be aware that a $50 surcharge will be applied for sessions held in the studio on weekends.

    Multiple Baby Sessions (Twins, Triples etc)

    ☽ Multiple Baby Sessions (Twins, Triples etc) incur an additional fee of $50 per extra child (no extra digital images included).

    ☽ If additional cakes are wanted or required, these will incur an additional fee of $100 per extra cake (no extra digital images included).

  • ☽ Boudoir sessions require a $200 retainer to secure your session. This is non-refundable and is deducted from your chosen collection.

    ☽ Boudoir studio sessions are primarily held primarily on weekdays only between 9am and 4pm. Weekend or After hours sessions my be available.

    ☽ Public Holiday sessions are available by request only and incur a $100 surcharge.

Standard T&C’s
Thank you for choosing Missed Moments Photography. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Session Fee:
Each session has specific fees listed on our Pricing Pages. A non-refundable $100 retainer is required to secure your booking.

Payments:
By paying the retainer, you agree to pay the full amount of your selected package on the due date(s). Any additional images chosen post-session will be invoiced at $30 per digital image.

Payment Methods:
We accept Cash, Card, Bank Transfer, and Afterpay. A processing fee may apply for card payments.

Online Galleries:
Images are presented in a proofing gallery for selection via an online platform. Sharing or screenshotting unpurchased images is strictly prohibited and may lead to additional charges or gallery removal. Final galleries will be available for download within 30 days.

Proofing Galleries:
Proofing galleries are accessible for 7 days. If selections are not made within this time, a $50 reactivation fee will apply.

Final Digital Galleries:
Final galleries will be delivered via email and available for 30 days. A $50 reactivation fee applies for expired galleries.

Fees:
Missed Moments Photography charges a $100 non-refundable retainer (deducted from the total package cost), along with rescheduling, gallery reactivation, and other applicable fees.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Rescheduling with at least 5 days’ notice incurs no charge. Cancellations with less than 5 days’ notice will incur a $100 fee. Multiple reschedules may require an additional fee.

Late Arrival/No Shows:
If you're more than 50% of the way through your experience without prior notice, your session may be canceled, and the retainer forfeited. Communication is key to avoid this.

Allocated Time:
Sessions are timed for optimal experience. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session.

Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for canceled sessions or prepaid gift vouchers. In certain cases, a credit may be issued for rescheduled sessions.

Faulty/Damaged Products:
If your products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We only replace items that are defective upon delivery.

Promotions:
Promotions cannot be applied to existing bookings or prepaid sessions. They cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or products.

Image Use:
Images are provided for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

Special Requirements:
Please notify us of any special needs or requests when booking, either through your client questionnaire or via email.

Respect in the Studio:
Any disorderly conduct or disrespect toward Stephanie Pritchard, staff, or equipment may result in immediate session cancellation without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
